Top 50 Real Estate Marketing Bloggers

The guys over at International Listings Blog have named me one of their "Top 50 Real Estate Marketing Bloggers." Their roster includes some folks that I respect and have learned from, like Realty Blogging, so it's a real honor to be included on their list.

International Listings has been focused on worldwide luxury real estate since 2001. That's what real estate is about these days -- focusing on a niche. I'm so glad I chose to focus on green real estate over the last year since 2007 has proven to be a tipping point and the niche is now red hot in an otherwise tepid market. Lifestyles of  Health and Sustainability [LOHAS] have been a passion of mine for years. Blogging on these issues [and occasionally off-topic] has been gratifying for me and allowed me to connect with like-minded buyers and sellers in Atlanta's eco-space. Being recognized for the trouble is a nice bonus.
